Priced Right Cleaning Equipment warrants each new or refurbished machine to the original end user against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing defective items at our factory or by an authorized service center. Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase by the original end user, as evidenced by your invoice.
This warranty does not cover repairs resulting from accidents, misuse, damage in transit, overloading the machine's capacity, or failure due to lack of proper maintenance or care as described in the operating and maintenance instructions. Minor adjustments, such as tightening screws or bolts not related to part replacement, are not covered. Replacement of expendable wear items such as scrub brushes, pad holders, carbon motor brushes, bulbs, bags, filters, and various rubber/plastic parts are also not covered. Repairs or alterations by anyone other than Priced Right Cleaning Equipment or an authorized service center are not covered and will void the warranty.
Priced Right Cleaning Equipment Inc. provides a full in-house warranty. All transportation or shipping charges for returning machines, parts, or accessories are the responsibility of the end user. Priced Right Cleaning Equipment will refuse to accept machines returned without the proper disposal of hazardous waste or materials, including but not limited to asbestos or anthrax. If the machines, parts, or accessories have been used for handling, cleanup, or disposal of hazardous materials, they must be decontaminated by licensed professionals, and a written certification of decontamination signed by the professionals must be provided.
Refurbished machines: 90-day parts and labour in-house warranty. New machines: 8-month parts and 120-day labour in-house warranty.
