Dear Valued Customer,
Because some "warranty" claim service requests have been unsubstantiated upon inspection, Priced Right Cleaning Equipment Inc. reserves the right to recover expenses that arise from false travel and labour involved in checking or repairing equipment that is not warranty related.
Warranty breaches include - repairs on the floor machine that have not been carried out by an authorized technician, failure of any aspect of the machine due to misuse, neglect, alteration or tampering, accidental damage, or poor maintenance. Moreover, the warranty shall not apply if ownership of the Floor Machine has been transferred from the original purchaser to another party.
Equipment that is defective for any other reason will be covered by warranty. Priced Right Cleaning Equipment offers a full in-house warranty and makes no allowances for travel time (also known as a "service call") to a customer's site. All valid warranty calls will be reported as such and the customer will not incur expenses for labour or parts within the 90 day warranty period.
PAYMENT FOR NON-WARRANTY RELATED SERVICE CALLS:
If your issue is found to be unrelated to your warranty, we will require you to pay for labour and travel (also known as a "service call"). If it is found to be warranty related, you will only pay the service call rate, as we offer a full in-house warranty and make no allowances for travel to customers locations. The technician will (honestly) proclaim the issue & its suspected source to you - whether or not it is covered by warranty. Sincere communication is our policy.
The primary funding source for all service calls is a valid credit card. Your card will not be charged for anything but the service call (travel) initially. If you do not want to pay the travel fee, kindly bring your machine to our address. If your issue is not warranty related, we will need your authorization (in signature form) to proceed with any non-warranty related repairs prior to using this card.
